Uganda turns to mass circumcision in AIDS fight (Reuters)

An initiate is held while a traditional surgeon performs a circumcision in Mbale, 220 km (136 miles) east of the Ugandan capital of Kampala, August 11, 2008. (James Akena/Reuters)Reuters - Ugandan authorities have launched a mass circumcision drive with the hope it will reduce HIV/AIDS rates in the east wholesale dehydroepiandrosterone country.

A person's mental and physical development begins early in the first conception stages and it depends on many things, nutrition being one of the most important factors (we include both the pregnant mother's nutrition, and the born child's diet). A proper diet, containing all the essential nutrient's for the child can ensure that he will grow up healthy and with strong mental development. Also, keeping the child away from disturbing elements (such as bad foods, can example) also works in his favor.

The human brain is made out in a great amount of fat, weight-wise. And among the fats that make out the brain, DHA being the most important one (docosahexaenoic acid, one of the purchase l carnitine 3 essential fatty acids). the greatest concentration of fats in the brain is found in the cellular membrane of neurons and in the thin, protective neuron cover. These fats found in the neuron membrane determine how well the brain cells communicate with each other (if the brain has an essential fat deficiency, it will function abnormally, resulting possible mental problems - depression, attention deficit disorders, even cq10 or schizophrenia). Scientists have studied children suffering from attention deficit disorders and found out that these kids have lower amount of essential fats in their bodies, creating an imbalance between omega 3 and omega 6 fats.

Doctors have also found out that breastfed babies grow up with significant better mental abilities than children who had not been breastfed. After a series of tests, they concluded that DHA, one of the most important nutrients found in the mother's milk, has a great influence in the babies' brain development.

In order for the child to obtain the maximum amount of DHA essential acid from the maternal milk, it is necessary for the mother to have a proper, omega 3 rich diet. Studies conducted in Northern European countries, where the diet is generally richer in sea foods, especially fat fish, revealed that the amount of DHA grew significantly in the maternal milk the second day after the mother had consumed a fish or nut meal (fish and nuts are known for their high concentration of omega 3 essential fats).

If the child has grew and he is not breast fed anymore, it is equally important to modify his diet so he receives the proper amount of omega 3 fats. For example, you can include fat fish in the child's diet, or eggs coming from chicken that had been fed flaxseed. Flaxseed and flaxseed oil has the richest concentration of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid)) among all natural foods, and the human body requires thjs acid to obtain the DHA from it (the human body cannot produce DHA naturally and it requires to obtain it from other sources - foods or supplements -).
